🧾 Build an Order
For customers who send item numbers by WhatsApp. Paste the numbers, pick the ones they want, and this creates a real web order — same stock checks the shop uses, and they get the payment email automatically.

Each tab is a section on the shop — give it a name, an optional video, and pick which items show under it from the Item Code / Capture forms. One tab can be marked "live" to feature as the main hero video.

New Shop Tab
Use Shop size group when different inventory sizes should appear together. For example, give the 12 Months and Size 2 boys’ and girls’ tabs the group 0–2. They will appear under one “Size 0–2” shop entry. If this is blank, tabs with the same Size still group automatically.
Category controls which "Select a Category" pill this tab shows under. Gender options come from that category's settings — pick "Girls & Boys" or "Men & Women" for a tab whose video features both.
Shown instantly on the storefront while the tab's video loads — fixes the "video takes a moment to appear" delay.

One discount at a time

Only one of Time-Limited Discount, Welcome Offer or Spin & Save can be switched on. Shoppers always get their single best discount — coupon codes and promotions never combine. Free-shipping, low-stock and social proof aren't discounts, so they can run alongside.

Real countdown — automatically stops applying once time runs out. Entering a duration again restarts the clock.

Instead of one shared deadline everybody sees, the clock starts the first time a shopper opens the site. Someone arriving late gets a full offer rather than a timer that already ran out.

Applies once per account on their first qualifying order. Set a minimum spend so it lifts basket size instead of discounting a single item.

🎟️ Coupon codes

How long a thank-you or referral coupon stays usable after you issue it. Applies to codes issued from now on — codes already sent keep the date they were given.

Automatic — pulled from real inventory counts, not a fake countdown. Shows "Only N left" only when a size genuinely has 5 or fewer items available.
